One of the most meaningful projects I worked on at VSCO was the design and launch of VSCO’s creator grant program, VSCO Voices. Born from a partnership with impact investment firm Access Ventures, we developed a new grant program to support artists who shed light on marginalized community stories in the US. As the lead writer, I led naming of the program and crafted its mission, vision, and values prior to launching. I also facilitated a storytelling workshop for grant recipients during their orientation and created the first VSCO Voices mini magazine.
